51 percent of New Zealanders ticked No to legalising the drug in last year's referendum.
But a new poll by the Helen Clark Foundation suggests about 20 percent of people who voted against legalisation -- still support decriminalisation.

He says he voted Yes in the referendum - but it doesn't matter because the issue's not on the Government's work programme.
