Christchurch City Council is offering to refund 28 people mistakenly charged for Saturday's 2019 mosque attacks anniversary service

About a thousand people attended the Ko Tatou, Tatou, We Are One.
Council spokesperson Matt Nichols says it's happy to reimburse the service fee charged on those tickets.
Only one request for a refund has been received.
Ticketek have been approached for comment.
