Zoi Sadowski-Synnott is putting her recent snowboarding success down to the last New Zealand season

At the freeski and snowboard world championships in Aspen, the 20-year-old claimed gold in the slopestyle and silver in big air.

Sadowski-Synnott says an uninterrupted spell at the Cardrona skifield gave her an advantage over competitors.
