    Dunedin Hospital's code black for full capacity, has been downgraded to a yellow


    The Southern District Health Board yesterday put a plan in action for high demand, after18 patients were waiting in the ED for a bed when there were only three spaces available.

    The hospital's situation had been downgraded to a Code Yellow by the end of the day, meaning there's enough capacity in the wards to receive patients.
