Claims new housing initiatives haven't cooled the white-hot market

A Real Estate Institute survey shows 56 per cent of agents feel prices are still on the rise.
That's despite the Government extending the brightline test and closing tax loopholes to put off property investors.
But a real estate company owners says that's just created a sense of urgency in the market.
Century 21 New Zealand's Derryn Mayne says it still comes down to supply and demand.
She says at the moment - demand is high and supply is slow - and until that changes the market won't slow down.
