The National Strategy for Financial Capability brings together more than 100 organisations to teach Kiwis financial literacy.
The scheme has a three year plan to demystify money for the public -- with special attention for women, Maori and Pasifika.
It follows six months of talks led by the Commission for Financial Capability.
Commercial, non-profit and government agencies, major banks, insurance companies, iwi and financial advisers were included.
