A Christchurch woman accused of killing her partner has been found fit to stand trial

Former kitchen hand Rena Maloney has appeared in the High Court in Christchurch this morning.

The 55 year old denies murdering her partner Martin Berry in his Papanui home - and later burying him in the backyard.

Maloney did not speak during today's hearing and has been remanded in custody until her trial in March next year.
