    The Finance Minister says there's many options to reduce costs in its infrastructure package that doesn't involve the chopping block


    A more detailed costing of projects in the 12-billion dollar package has revealed costs are higher than forecast, pre Covid-19.

    Grant Robertson says there's a range of different things they can do, instead of cancelling.

    He says they can find more money to complete the project, or slow down and re-phase it a bit.
