25-year-old The Hoang Thai was sentenced to 20 years and six months in prison and 32-year-old Isaiah Te Hira has 16 years and nine months.
A Customs-led investigation - called Operation Manta - into an overseas crime syndicate looking to expand here, began mid-2019.
Frontline officers ended up finding 469 kilograms of meth hidden in electrical motors sent from Thailand.
Two others have already been convicted for their part in the plot.
