A hearing continues today into alleged misconduct by a top lawyer

A hearing continues today into alleged misconduct by a top lawyer

The man is accused of inappropriate behaviour during his time as a senior partner at Russell McVeagh in Wellington.

A disciplinary hearing is being held at the Wellington District Court this week, where he's facing several charges.

Five of them relate to multiple accounts of alleged sexual assault of staffers, at a Christmas party in 2015.

Two others relate to an informal celebration at the man's house, where he's accused of inappropriately kissing and touching a clerk in a sauna.
