The Covid-19 vaccine roll-out's full steam ahead in Canterbury and Waikato despite unprecedented problems

Once-in-a-century flooding in Canterbury has cut off roads, drowned livestock, destroyed properties and threatened human life.
Meanwhile, Waikato District Health Board's been dealing with a two-week-long cyber attack - that's locked down its IT systems.
But Director-General of Health Ashley Bloomfield has thanked vaccinators in both regions for keeping up with jabs.
He's also acknowledged Waikato DHB staff for their extremely hard work, continuing to provide care for a wide-range of people.
As of last night, more than 650-thousand vaccine doses have been delivered countrywide - 100-thousand more than last week.
