Yuka Saso has become the first player from the Philippines to win a golf major after triumphing on the third playoff hole.
Saso overcame back-to-back double bogeys early in the round to climb her way back up to finish equal after 72 holes and taking advantage of a back-nine collapse by Lexi Thompson.
