Many Aucklanders are still facing hold-ups at hospitals because of the pandemic

Auckland DHB says there have been some delays in surgery and outpatient appointments due to Covid-19, but says it's putting on extra clinics and operations, and using private providers where it can.
Waitemata District Health Board says wait times for some non-urgent care are still impacted but says it's dedicated to ensuring patients receive the treatment they need.
Counties Manukau DHB says generally all services have caught up from any Covid-19-attributed disruptions or delays.
A spokesperson says during increased alert levels, it's been offering video consultations, rather than rescheduling appointments.
