New Zealand's 16-strong hockey squads are backing experience to guide them to the podium at the Tokyo Olympics

The women feature new five players with more than 200 caps - Ella Gunson, Sam Charlton, Rose Keddell, Olivia Merry and captain Stacey Michelsen.
The men's outfit does too, in the form of Steve Edwards, Shea McAleese, Stephen Jenness, Hugo Inglis and captain Blair Tarrant.
The squads head to Perth next Friday to play two double-headers against Australia on June 26 and 27.
