Warriors assistant coach Justin Morgan knows Ken Maumalo will be a big loss for the franchise

Warriors assistant coach Justin Morgan knows Ken Maumalo will be a big loss for the franchise

    - article from www.rugbyleague.co.nz

The 26-year-old winger has been granted an immediate release from the Mount Smart club, and will link up with the Wests Tigers after signing a two and a half year deal.

Maumalo's rarely featured for the Warriors over the last month, but Morgan says he still conducted himself in a respectful manner.

Maumalo will now work under Kiwis coach Michael Maguire, who is also at the helm of the Tigers.
