More Auckland districts are coming with a million-dollar house price tag

Latest Real Estate Institute figures reveal median prices in New Zealand increased 32.3 per cent in the year to May --to 820-thousand dollars.
Fewer than 15-thousand properties were for sale across the country, the second-lowest inventory level since records began.
Acting chief executive, Wendy Alexander, says Auckland has record prices and the whole region's feeling the heat.
She says it's staggering as Papakura and Franklin were the only two districts less than one million dollars.
