    Jon Rahm has beaten a star-studded leaderboard on the back-nine to win golf's US Open at Torrey Pines


    The Spaniard returns to world number one after his one-shot victory over South African Louis Oosthuizen , who has now finished runner-up six times at a Major.

    Rahm was part of a congested leaderboard at the turn, which included defending champ Bryson De Chambeau , Rory McIlroy and Brooks Koepka .
