    England and Croatia have advanced from Group D to the round-of-16 at football's European Championships


    England has finished top qualifier after a 1-nil win over the Czech Republic at Wembley.

    And in the must win match at Glasgow, Croatia has come alive in the second half and powered to a 3-1 win over Scotland.
