A hard weekend ahead for Wellington's bars
A hard weekend ahead for Wellington's bars
26 June 2021
Until at least midnight tomorrow, most bars throughout the capital will be operating at around half capacity.
Level Two restrictions that came into force on Wednesday means punters must be seated, served and separated.
Bar D4 owner Dermot Murphy says this weekend will take a serious toll.
He says none of them will have DJs, everyone will be sat down and with a limit of 100 people a lot of bars along Courtney Place will be hurting.
