    A police operation at a gang pad near Christchurch has closed part of State Highway One in Burnham


    Police are at the headquarters of the Canterbury chapter of the Mongols.

    Waka Kotahi says a detour is in place via Two Chain Road.

    Police say a pre-planned search warrant is being executed at the address.

    No further information is available at this stage.
