A riverside gem has returned a decade after the Christchurch earthquakes

Contractors have finished restoring the Thomas Edmonds Band Rotunda, first built in 1929 as a gift to the city.
The partial rebuild of the heritage-listed rotunda cost 1.5 million dollars.
