David Seymour says a new political poll shows Act and National aren't competing for votes

The Newshub-Reid research poll has Labour down nearly 10 points to 43 per cent, and National sitting at 29.
Act is at a record 11 per cent.
Seymour says the two parties now have enough support to win 51 seats in Parliament.
He says that's only 10 seats shy of a majority -- so a change in Government in a couple of years is possible.
Seymour's also ahead of Judith Collins in the preferred Prime Minister rankings -- on 8.6 per cent compared to 8.2.
