The last ditch attempt by Winston Peters to have someone held responsible for the leak of his pension details during the 2017 election campaign has failed

The New Zealand First leader turned to the Court of Appeal after his case against two Cabinet Ministers and two top bureaucrats failed in the High Court a year ago today.
Peters appealed the decision where he was ordered to pay nearly 320-thousand dollars in costs.
The Appeal Court refused to hear more evidence and says the leak could have come from several sources.
