    The Kiwi kayaking sensation begins her quest for a record third gold medal in the K1 500 shortly.

    Carrington's already been crowned champion in the K1 200 and K2 500.

    Former Olympic canoe sprinter Steve Fergusson says she's a remarkable athlete.
