A 15 million dollar Remuera mansion is leading 2021's biggest property sales

A OneRoof study has revealed the number of five million dollar-plus sales in the eight months to the end of August.

Records show there were 50 sales of over five million dollars compared to three in the same period last year, and 94 for the whole year of 2020.

Of the 50 sales, four were for earmarked for development, one was a farm and the rest were residential or lifestyle properties.
