New Zealand was tasked to chase 128 for victory, and hit their target for the loss of six and with 10 balls to spare.
Devine was named player of the match, taking four wickets with the ball and whacking 50 runs with the bat.
She says it's good being an allrounder, as you get two bites of the cherry.
The decisive third match is on Friday.
