The three students who left Auckland to attend classes in Tauranga have been stood down

The three students who left Auckland to attend classes in Tauranga have been stood down

The trio arrived in Tauranga last Monday, after producing negative Covid tests and relevant documents to Auckland border staff.

In the past week they attended four classes at the Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology, spanning three days.

Toi Ohomai CEO Leon Fourie says as soon as management found out, as a precaution they stood down the students from class and instructed them to self isolate at home.
