The visitors chased 179 to win with 25 balls to spare.
Green finished unbeaten on 70 - captain Sophie Devine is hailing that effort.
Lea Tahuhu finished alongside Green, hitting a six to win and also nabbing her maiden five-wicket bag in the format with five for 37.
England lead the series 2-1.
