Melbourne residents are still feeling shaken by yesterday's earthquake

Melbourne residents are still feeling shaken by yesterday's earthquake

Geoscience reports the earthquake as 5.9 on the Richter Scale.

Buildings in the CBD were left damage, there have been no reports of injuries.

ABC's Michael Rowland says it was a unique experience.

He says while he's covered the effect of earthquakes overseas he's never sat through one.
