Police have charged 16 gang members with a range of driving offences following a funeral procession in June

They say while the majority of people in the procession were behaving, some in the group drove dangerously and put themselves and others at risk.
Charges include driving while disqualified, driving while forbidden and sustained loss of traction.
They will appear in the Waitakere, Auckland, North Shore and Manukau district courts in the coming weeks.
Police also impounded two motorbikes and issued 12 infringement notices.
