Argentina has had six players declared ineligible for the rest of the tour after they left Queensland to go to a health retreat at New South Wales' Byron Bay.
Among them is Crusaders bound flanker Pablo Matera.
Foster says they have stringent protocols in place.
Foster meanwhile has made four changes to his run on side for Saturday's test against South Africa, with number eight Luke Jacobson, halfback Brad Weber and wings Rieko Ioane and Sevu Reece all coming in.
