The family of slain Christchurch teenager Connor Whitehead sat in court as not guilty pleas were entered this morning

The family of slain Christchurch teenager Connor Whitehead sat in court as not guilty pleas were entered this morning

Two men - aged 36 and 43 - who both have interim name suppression - deny shooting the 16-year-old outside a Guy Fawkes party earlier this month.

Three others are charged with being accessories after the fact.

Connor Whitehead's father James sat in the gallery wearing a 'Forever Connor' t-shirt, as all five accused pleaded not guilty.

A five-week trial is scheduled to begin in May, 2023.
