Auckland police are investigating another serious incident that's thought to be gang-related
28 November 2021
Just days ago, a stoush in Glen Eden between Comancheros and Head Hunters gang members ended with a man in hospital and police seizing a cache of handguns and machetes.
Around 11pm on Friday emergency services converged on a house on Haverstock Road, Sandringham, where a fire had broken out.
It's emerged an offender forced a front window open and set fire to curtains.
Shots were fired at the property, and the offender then left the scene in a black sedan.
Police found at least seven shotgun cartridges outside the home.
It's understood the owner of the house isn't known to police but some occupants have possible gang links.
An investigation's ongoing and it's understood no arrests have yet been made.
