The Government is facing another battle ... this time over Visa applications

Immigration Minister Kris Faafoi and MBIE is being taken to court by Michael Witbrock... over his Chinese husband's Visa application being suspended, which they applied for in November 2019.

It comes as processing of applications filed before the border was shut have resumed, but aren't being decided on.
