A Christchurch businessman who's admitted a raft of child sex abuse charges - will keep his name secret at least until February

There was a chance the man, aged in his 50s, could have had his name made public today.
But last night the presiding judge confirmed he would extend the offender's name suppression until his sentencing date.
He's admitted five charges of raping a child and 33 other charges including multiple counts of unlawful sexual connection.
The man will be sentenced on February 22.
