    One of the country's leading motor racing drivers has spent the off-season mixing with an All Black and a Black Fern as a means to advance to the next level


    Marcus Armstrong is back in New Zealand before heading abroad for his third season in the Formula Two championship.

    The 21-year-old's been working on sports psychology and breathing capacity with the likes of Anton Lienert-Brown and Sarah Hirini.

    Armstrong says he's learned about how other athletes deal with pressure.
