An epidemiologist says we haven't hit the peak of Covid-19 deaths in New Zealand yet

The seven-day rolling average has risen to 13, with 20 people dying with the virus yesterday.
Meanwhile, the rolling average of cases and hospitalisations is dropping.
Otago University's professor Michael Baker says there's always a lag between the peak, then hospitalisations... and deaths.
He says we may see them peak in the next one to two weeks, but we'll keep in the 1 to 20 death range over this period.
