Senegal has beaten Egypt on penalties, while Ghana has qualified on the away-goals rule over Nigeria.
Tunisia has progressed 1-nil over Mali and Morocco has won 5-2 over the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The match between Algeria and Cameroon is into extra time and could be heading for shootout.
