Mid-courter Maddy Gordon returned after six months sidelined with a knee injury and Aliyah Dunn shone under the post shooting 35 goals from 37 attempts.
Dunn's effort impressed coach Yvette McCausland-Durie.
The Pulse stay third on the table with 11 points, three adrift of the Mystics.
The Magic are last on four.
