The head of ACC is sorry privacy issues have impacted trust in the organisation

An independent review has found the organisation doesn't adequately monitor or audit processes around staff access and information use.
It follows the revelation last October that staff in Hamilton had shared client information on social media app Snapchat.
ACC chief executive Megan Main says they've accepted all the recommendations.
She says the review gives them a call to action around re-thinking how they care for personal information.
