Scott Dixon knows every lap remaining in this year's Indycar series will be vital

The Kiwi racer remains in the hunt for his seventh championship, clawing back to second after a poor start to the year.

Dixon is six points off leader Will Power with three races left starting this weekend in Illinois.

Dixon says there's a group still in the mix but that will continue to be whittled down.
