    There are three thousand 302 community cases of covid-19 in New Zealand today


    The Health Ministry is also reporting 467 people in hospital, seven in ICU, with 10 new deaths attributable to covid.

    The seven-day rolling average of hospitalisations is 515, while last Saturday there were 594 people in hospital.

    There are now 18 thousand and 24 deaths confirmed as attributable to Covid, either as the underlying cause of death or as a contributing factor -- the seven-day rolling average is now 10.

    Of the deaths reported today, one person was in their 40s, two were in their 60s, three in their 70s and 80s and one was aged over 90.
