The New Zealand Under-18 men's softball side have suffered their first loss at the World Cup in Mexico

The New Zealand Under-18 men's softball side have suffered their first loss at the World Cup in Mexico

After a big opening win over Colombia, 17-5 yesterday, the Kiwi juniors went down 10-4 to the Czech Republic in their second game this afternoon.

The New Zealand junior women have qualified for their Under-18 softball World Cup after going undefeated in the three-team tournament qualifier in American Samoa... beating Australia and the hosts twice.

The last day of games was cancelled due to inclement weather.
