A 74 year old man has been permanently disqualified from taking part in the management of a company following a long string of offending

Raymond Anthony Andrews has 19 offences under the insolvency act, one offence under the companies act and 29 dishonesty offences including deception and forgery.

He had originally been facing a ban until March next year but given the risk of offending the company register decided to pursue the permanent ban.
