Sailing ace Peter Burling says being part of both SailGP and the America's Cup enhances his chances of success in both

SailGP's fourth season - which continues with a first visit to Abu Dhabi this weekend - won't conclude until July, a little more than a month out from Team New Zealand's defence of the Auld Mug in Barcelona.

While it's going to make for a busy 2024, Burling says the two competitions complement each other nicely.

Racing is set to start at 11pm tonight .
