A Christchurch businessman is being accused of running a major black-market cigarette factory

Customs says it caught on to the man after 80 kilograms of tobacco was burgled from a Christchurch warehouse last week.
Since then, it has confiscated cigarette-making machines, labels, and boxes.
The 42-year-old accused appeared in Christchurch District Court today, on four charges including burglary and possessing prohibited goods.
