    Luka Doncic failed to stop the Boston Celtics from beating the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA basketball championship, but he's exacted utu on the Tall Blacks


    The five-time NBA all-star scored 36 points as part of a triple-double for Slovenia in a 104-78 win over New Zealand at the Olympic qualifying tournament in Greece.

    The result has snuffed out the Tall Blacks' hopes of travelling to Paris.

    Coach Pero Cameron says Doncic outwitted them.
