A person's facing several charges after an aggravated robbery and pursuit in Hamilton this morning

12 July 2024

Police were called to reports of a woman threatening people in a vehicle - before taking the car from them and fleeing.

Police say she didn't stop when signalled to in Nawton - and then rammed a Police car before taking off again.

The woman took another vehicle a short time later - Police then spiked the car and made the arrest.

A 26-year-old is facing charges including aggravated robbery, burglary, failing to stop, and assault.
