Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are selling their Beverly Hills mansion for $68 million

Just over a year after the couple snapped up the 46,000 square-foot mansion, the pair have publicly listed the Crestview Manor property, which is located close to the Beverly Hills Hotel and just 20 minutes from Van Nuys private airport, PEOPLE reports.

It boasts 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms and features a 12-car garage, room for parking 80 cars, a 5,000 square-foot guest penthouse, caretaker house and a two-bedroom guard house.

It also features a pool and an indoor sports complex.

According to Zillow: "An extraordinary indoor sports complex awaits, inviting residents to indulge in a passion for active living. The complex features basketball and pickleball courts, a fully equipped gym, a boxing ring, a sports lounge, and a bar. The grounds are adorned with a stunning zero-edge pool that artfully frames the expansive estate and its picturesque views, offering a haven of tranquility amidst lush surroundings."

Jennifer and Ben - who tied the knot in 2022 - actually acquired the spectacular property for $15 million less than the asking price in May 2023.

Jennifer, 54, and 51-year-old Ben's home was first listed on the market back in 2018, when the owners priced it at $135 million. However, the property was re-listed again last year, and sold for well below the asking price.

Meanwhile, Ben recently admitted he "doesn't like a lot of attention".

Speaking on Kevin Hart's 'Hart to Heart', he said: "I see myself as a director, but I'm a little bit shy. I also don't like a lot of attention. This is why people see me [and] they're like, 'Well, this dude always mad...' Because somebody has their camera and sticking to my face.

"I don't mind you taking my picture about a club, a premiere, whatever. My wife, I don't give a f***. Go ahead. Knock yourself out. I don't notice you.

"My children, that's a different thing."

Ben has children Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and 12-year-old Samuel with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner, while the 'On the Floor' hitmaker has 16-year-old twins Max and Emme with ex-husband Marc Anthony.
