The 48-year-old singer - who has Axl, 10, with ex-husband Josh Duhamel - admitted that she had been putting pressure on herself to work out more and made a "goal" to get up an hour earlier so she could fit in some exercise but is still finding it hard. Speaking on Instagram, she said: "This week's wellness goal: Wake up an hour earlier to fit in that exercise. "This is something that I always find so difficult to do! Finding a window for exercise is such a struggle." However, the 'Big Girls Don't Cry' hitmaker explained that her overall goal is to focus on "self-improvement" as she reminded her followers to take care of their mental health too. She said: "Hey everybody, how's it going? So this week, I want to focus on self-improvement. "What are some goals you're focusing on this week? My goal is to focus on wellness and making sure that I'm mentally taking care of myself too. "Self-care is always so important, and I'm really focusing on doing that this week." Fergie went on to insist that the only "competition" is against herself as she urged her fans to "be kind" to themselves at all times. She added: "Remember, we're all in this together and the only competition is against yourself. "Be kind to yourself, celebrate the small victories, and let's support each other on this journey of self-improvement!"
